Inmate Property is only accepted on Saturdays 8:00A.M. to 4:00P.M.

Within the first 24 hours of a new inmate being brought into the Jail; only medication, 1 pair of underwear, and 1 sports bra will be accepted. All other inmate property will be accepted on Saturdays Only.  All personal hygiene and other items must be in a clear plastic container or it will be confiscated. All items for inmates must be turned into the Franklin County Dispatch Office.

1 Bible
2 White Under shorts
2 White Panties, 2 White Sports Bras
2 pair White Socks 
Wooden Pencils only
Writing Paper - no wire binders
Approved Reading Material
Prescription Medications
Instant Coffee
Deodorant must be in a see thru container
Shampoo must be in a see thru container
1 Small Plastic Comb
**No Hair Spray will be allowed
**No Candy or Soft Drinks will be allowed
**Any unknown substance will not be allowed

Notice:
All Notes, Letters, and Cards to inmates, must be sent through the U.S. Mail.  All mail is subject to search.  Mail is not read except in the course of an investigation.  Inmates shall not receive any mail, books, or magazines showing explicit sexual conduct.

Money Orders:
Monies for inmates must be in the form of a money order and will only be accepted through the U.S. Mail. ALL Money Orders will be $30.00 or less. No Exceptions. If the money order is over that amount, it will be returned.
